ApplianceOps Software LLC
Every "field service" platform sells the same software to a plumber, a lawn crew and an appliance tech, then leaves each of them to bend it into shape. We think that's backwards. A trade earns its own product — its own vocabulary, its own paperwork, its own way money moves. So we build them one at a time, and we don't start the next one until the current one is genuinely good.
Two products, both in the hands of paying operators.
The appliance repair CRM and store POS. Dispatch, home-warranty billing, per-machine pricing, a parts counter, machine resale and delivery — with full offline field work, because half this trade happens in a basement. Built by a tech with almost 20 years on the tools.
See what it does →For solo mobile auto detailers. Booking, scheduling, VIN-based pricing, invoicing and payments built around a one-person operation working out of a van — where the job is the invoice and there's nobody in an office to chase the paperwork.
Visit mobiledetailpro.app →Same approach, different trades. We're deliberately not putting dates on these — you've been promised enough software that arrived late and half-built. When one is ready, it ships.
Dedicated to HVAC contractors — equipment histories, seasonal maintenance agreements, and the manufacturer-warranty paperwork that a generic job app has no field for.
For plumbers — emergency call handling, fixture and part lookups, and the estimate-to-invoice path a service plumber actually walks in a day.
For electricians — panels, circuits and permit-aware job records, built for the paperwork side that costs licensed trades their evenings.
A "unit" means a machine to an appliance tech, a condenser to an HVAC contractor and an apartment to a property manager. Generic software picks one and makes everyone else translate, every single day.
Appliance repair has home warranty companies paying part of a job. Detailing has a deposit and a package. HVAC has maintenance agreements. These aren't preferences you configure — they're different shapes of invoice.
We've been building our own software since 2022, through several products to get to these. A bug or a feature request goes straight into the work rather than into a queue in another timezone. Ask, and we'll build it.
From $35/mo for one user, plus $15 per additional seat. If you detail cars, Mobile Detail Pro is waiting for you instead.
