Yes — our services are built on top of ApplianceOps. The software is $35/month and gives us the data we need to manage your books and payroll efficiently.

What if I have more than 5 technicians?

Contact us for custom pricing. Shops with 6+ techs have more complex payroll and bookkeeping needs, so we'll build a custom quote for your situation.

Do you file my taxes?

Payroll taxes (quarterly filings, W-2s) are handled through QBO Payroll. We manage the process and make sure everything is submitted on time. For business income taxes, we recommend working with a CPA — we provide them clean books to work from.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice. Your data and QuickBooks access remain yours.
