Built for the
shop.
Not the office.

Real tactics from a working repair shop owner — error codes, pricing, marketing, and what's new in the platform.

A missed call is a job somebody else got. Lacy picks up the ones you can’t, after your own phone has rung as many times as you tell her to — call the demo line and hear her. Plus your books keep themselves in QuickBooks, one box searches the whole shop, and the calendar works under a thumb.

What’s New

Every Part, and Which Truck It’s On

Stock is one pool now and the bucket says where a part is sitting — the picker tells the tech if it is already on his van. Plus a week of AI that reads the tag, reads the dispatch email and writes tomorrow’s van list.

What’s New

We Lowered Multi-Tech Pricing

Seats two through five dropped from $15 to $10 and the Business Line now covers five people — a five-person shop went from $160 to $120 all-in.

Your Logo on Your Invoices, and Nobody Left Waiting

Your own logo on the invoice a customer opens, a Leads screen holding everyone who reached out and hasn’t been booked — and the Android app is on the Play Store.

What’s New

You Reply, It Stops Talking

The moment you answer a customer yourself, the AI text-back is out of that thread for the rest of the night. Plus a text size that is genuinely large.
