Dentist appointment. Kid's thing. Van in the shop. Your office person out sick. The phone still rings, and voicemail costs you a week of work. Forward it to us for four hours instead.
// No contract · no software required · you keep your phone line
Most answering services read your calls off a script. They take a name and a number, and half the time the customer hangs up before they finish. That's not cover, that's a slower voicemail.
// We spent 17 years in appliance repair and 14 of them owning the shop. So when a customer says the dryer is tumbling but not heating, or asks whether the diag fee comes off the repair, or wants to know why the tech is running late — those get a real answer, not a message slip. And when it's a job you'd rather quote yourself, it comes straight to you.
Pay for the block you booked. Don't book another one and nothing happens. There is nothing to cancel.
Morning or afternoon. Enough to cover an appointment, a school run, or a morning you need off the phone.
The whole workday covered. For when you're out, not just away from the desk.
Prepaid weekly. For shops that want the mornings handled every day without hiring anybody.
Model number to tech sheet to the right part from the right supplier, plus cores, returns and backorder chasing. Some shops keep their own phones and only want this part handled. That's fine. And if you want the books done too, that's on our back-office services page.
// Prepaid by the block. Card, PayPal, or however you normally pay a vendor.
Most services like this want you to move your whole operation over first. We don't need any of it.
Book it the day before so we can spend fifteen minutes learning your shop first. That call is included.
| Block | Hours | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| AM | 8:00 – 12:00 ET | Morning appointments, school runs, getting a truck looked at |
| PM | 1:00 – 5:00 ET | Afternoons off, a job you have to run yourself, leaving early |
| Both | 8:00 – 5:00 ET | A full day out. $150. |
Office person called out, van died, you're stuck on a job you can't leave. Call us. If the block is open we'll take it same day. We won't promise we're always free, but we're usually not booked solid.
Three steps, and two of them take five minutes.
No. This works whether you use our software, someone else's, or a whiteboard. Nobody will tell you that you need to switch.
One person, and it's the same person every time. Seventeen years in appliance repair, fourteen of them owning the shop. You are not getting a rotating call-center queue.
Nothing. You forward it for the hours you're gone and turn forwarding back off when you're back. It stays your number, your carrier, your account.
Not on the first day, and you shouldn't set that up before you've seen how it goes. On day one we take the calls and send you a written log. If you decide you want jobs going straight onto your board, set us up with a user then.
We qualify it and get it to you or your on-call tech immediately, however you tell us to reach you. Emergencies are the first thing we ask about on the setup call.
A log. Calls taken, jobs booked, quotes waiting on an answer, anything routed to you, and one line per call with the name, the number, the machine and what they wanted. Most owners read it and find calls they'd have lost.
Yes, and plenty do. It's prepaid by the block, so there's nothing to cancel and nobody will chase you.
Tell us which four hours you need covered and pay for that one block. If it goes badly you've lost seventy-five dollars. If it goes well you've found the thing you've been needing for years.
