How much does Telnyx cost?

Number: ~$1.50/mo. SMS: ~$0.004 each. For 50–100 missed calls/month, Telnyx runs roughly $2–3/mo total — paid directly to Telnyx, separate from the $20/mo add-on.

What if the customer doesn't text back?

The draft booking shows "awaiting reply" in your dispatch. You can follow up manually, or the system nudges them once after 2 hours.

Can I customize what it says?

Yes — write your own templates in Settings. Change the greeting, the questions, the sign-off, even a separate after-hours message. The AI handles the conversation from there.

Does this work after hours?

Yes — 24/7. If a customer calls at 11pm they get your text back immediately and can reply when ready. You see their info in ApplianceOps the next morning.
