No more platform fee on card payments. One invoice link that takes card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle.
Card payouts that land in QuickBooks already matched. Plus labor tiers, pictures both ways, and a plain price
list — including what it costs to have us run your marketing.
💳 Getting paid
0% platform fee on card payments
We dropped it, for every shop. When a customer pays you by card through ApplianceOps, the only fee is your processor’s — Stripe or Square — and we take nothing on top. If you were already set up, it is already zero. Nothing to switch on.
One Link, Every Way They Pay
Some customers want to tap a card. Some want Venmo. Some only do Zelle. Now you stop asking.
🔗
Card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle on one invoice
Settings → Payments → Zelle, Venmo & Cash App. Put in your handles once, and the invoice link you text or email shows every way you take money right under the card button. PayPal, Venmo and Cash App open with the amount already filled in; Zelle shows your address with a copy button. Those apps pay you directly, so you mark the job paid when it lands.
🏦
Card payouts land in QuickBooks already matched
When Stripe or Square pays out, QuickBooks gets one deposit that matches your bank line to the cent — each invoice it paid applied, the processor’s fee split out as an expense. No more matching a lump sum to a pile of invoices by hand. Pick your bank account under Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks and it starts with the next payout.
🔢
An invoice number the moment you send it
The invoice number is set the first time you send the invoice, not when the job closes — so the customer, the payer and QuickBooks all see the same number from the start.
🔔
Payment pings on your phone
A customer paying an invoice, and a payout hitting your bank, both show up as a notification again.
Less Typing, Fewer Guesses
🔧
Labor tiers
Set your labor prices once under Settings → Jobs & Invoices → Labor tiers — “Routine repair”, “Sealed system”, whatever you charge. The tech picks one from the Labor rate dropdown on the machine instead of typing a number in the driveway. The price stays editable, and Custom is still there. Nobody undercuts your rate by accident.
📸
Pictures, both ways
Text a picture to a customer from the job or from Messages — a part diagram, a photo of the damage. And every picture a customer has texted or emailed you now sits on a Photos card on their customer page, newest first.
📝
Notes that keep their history
Internal notes are now a log: every note has who wrote it and when, and nothing gets overwritten. A cancel reason lands in the log too.
🏷️
Discounts in dollars or percent
Take $25 off, or 10% off parts only, or off labor only. The line says how it was made, so a reopened job still makes sense.
🧰
Machines stay with the customer
A machine added to a job lands on the customer’s file, so next time it is already there — and you can fix a model number on file.
Around the Shop
- Settings, reorganised. Thirteen tabs named for the job you are doing — Business, Team, Payments, Phone & Texting, Jobs & Invoices and so on — with a search box on every tab and Connected / Not set up on each integration.
- Your logo on your booking page. Your booking page now leads with your logo and shop name, same as your invoices.
- Your own confirmation wording. The confirmation and day-before texts now send the wording you saved under Phone & Texting, and {window} fills in the arrival window.
- Campaigns up to 12 steps. A follow-up campaign can now run up to twelve steps — one a month for a year is twelve taps.
- Skip the stars, every time. If you would rather send the Google or Yelp link straight away, one switch under Reviews & Campaigns makes that the default.
Full Marketing Management

Your part: a few before-and-after photos a week. And every site we build links back to the others, so each shop helps the next one rank. Just the website? A 27-page site — your services, the brands you fix, the towns you cover — is $99 once. Both are in Extras.

See Something, Say Something
🐛 If it looks wrong, it probably is. Tell me.
Nearly everything above started as a shop emailing or texting me. Labor tiers, the pay-any-way invoice, the QuickBooks deposits, texting a picture out — all of it. We are always building. Reply to the newsletter or text me at
(661) 779-9091. You are not bothering me and you are not the only one seeing it — a thing one shop reports gets fixed for every shop on it.
💡 And tell me what to build next
If there is a job you are still doing on paper, or a screen that makes you sigh, send it over. I would rather build the thing you actually need than guess.
$20 for Every Shop That Signs On
$20
Once they pay month one
Know another shop owner who’d like this? Have them put your shop’s name or email in the “Were you referred?” box when they sign up. Once they pay their first month, you get $20 — no cap. They get a full month free instead of two weeks, and we waive the Business Line setup fee if they want a phone (they still cover the number itself).
Help the Next Shop Find Us
If ApplianceOps has made your week easier, a quick review is the single biggest thing you can do for
us — it is how other repair shops find it. One honest line is plenty.
Review us on Google, or pick whichever you already
have an account on at applianceops.pro/reviews.
And if something is not right, please tell me first instead.
